Ingredients:
| • butter | 1-2 tablespoons |
| • your preferred bread (white, wheat, or rye) | 8 slices |
| • high-quality caviar (such as sturgeon or salmon caviar) | 2-4 ounces |
Take a slice of bread and spread a butter on one side. Add a dollop of caviar on top of the creamy spread, spreading it evenly.
