Ingredients:
• salt | to taste |
• onion | 1 small |
• mayonnaise | 2-3 tablespoons |
• carrot | 1 medium size |
• white vinegar | 2 tablespoons |
• crab meat | 8 oz |
• napa cabbage | 1 lb |
• canned sweet corn | 15.25 oz |
1. Onion: peel and thinly cut an onion; soak in vinegar and water at room temperature; set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Napa cabbage: thinly slice.
3. Carrot: peel and grate on a coarse grater.
4. Canned corn: drain liquid.
4. Onion: drain liquid.
5. Combine crab meat, napa cabbage, carrot, corn and onion in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and salt; mix.
