Napa cabbage and crab meat salad

"Napa cabbage, with its delicate, crinkled leaves and subtle sweetness, adds a delightful crunch and flavor to any dish."

Ingredients:

 salt   to taste
 onion   1 small
 mayonnaise   2-3 tablespoons
 carrot   1 medium size
 white vinegar   2 tablespoons
 crab meat   8 oz
 napa cabbage   1 lb
 canned sweet corn   15.25 oz

1. Onion: peel and thinly cut an onion; soak in vinegar and water at room temperature; set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

2. Napa cabbage: thinly slice.

3. Carrot: peel and grate on a coarse grater.

4. Canned corn: drain liquid.

4. Onion: drain liquid.

5. Combine crab meat, napa cabbage, carrot, corn and onion in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and salt; mix.
