Ingredients:
| • olive oil | 2 tablespoons |
| • red onion | 1 small |
| • capers | 2 tablespoons |
| • tuna | 6 oz can |
| • chickpeas | 15 oz can |
| • apple vinegar | 2 tablespoons |
| • chopped lettuce | 1 cup |
1. Red onion: Peel and thinly slice. Place in a small bowl; add 1 tablespoon of an apple vinegar and water to cover the onion and set aside for about 15 minutes.
2. Chickpeas: rinse and drain.
3. Tuna: drain.
4. Drain onion.
5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and two tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
