This sauce blends creamy, tangy, and aromatic flavors into one smooth dressing. The combination of mayonnaise and ketchup gives it a familiar richness, while sesame oil and fresh cilantro add a distinctive twist—similar to the kind of fusion sauces often found in modern street food and casual restaurants.
Ingredients:
| • salt | to taste |
| • Black pepper | to taste |
| • mayonnaise | 2 tablespoons |
| • garlic | 2 cloves |
| • ketchup | 1 tablespoon |
| • cilantro | 2 tablespoons |
| • sesame oil | 1 tablespoon |
1. Wash cilantro thoroughly. Finely chop the leaves.
2. Peel and finely mince the garlic.
3. In a bowl, add mayonnaise and ketchup. Mix until smooth.
4. Add chopped cilantro, garlic, and sesame oil. Stir well until evenly combined.
5. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix again.
6. Let the sauce sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
