Warm eggs and melted cheese tucked into a toasted bagel create a satisfying breakfast that’s quick, comforting, and full of flavor. It became widely known after the introduction of the Egg McMuffin, which helped popularize egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwiches across the United States.
