Makes 4 servings. Sugar for dressing is optional.
Ingredients:
• sugar | 1 teaspoon |
• salt | to taste |
• ground black pepper | to taste |
• sour cream | 80 g |
• mayonnaise | 80 g |
• cauliflower | 200 g |
• tomatoes | 2 |
• green beans | 200 g |
• iceberg lettuce | 1 head |
• green onion | 1 bunch |
1. Washed green beans; cut off the ends and remove the fibers. Washed cauliflower and divide into inflorescences. Boil beans and cabbage in salted water for 5-10 minutes. Drain in a colander; rinse with cold water and let the water drain.
2. Peel the lettuce, divide into separate leaves, wash in cold water, dry and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small rings.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and onions. Pepper and salt. Mix gently again.
4. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar in a bowl.
Arrange the salad on plates and top with sour cream-mayonnaise dressing.
