Layered smoked fish salad

Ingredients:

 eggs   3
 mayonnaise   2-3 tablespoons
 green onion   to taste
 potatoes   2 medium size
 carrot   1 medium size
 dill pickle   1 large
 smoked fish   300g
 white vinegar   2 tablespoons

1. Boil and fully cook potatoes and eggs. Cool down.

2. Potatoes: peel and grate on a course grater.

3. Carrot: peel anf grate on a medium grater.

4. Pickle: cut on small cubes.

5. Eggs: peel eggs and separate into whites and yolks. Whites grate on a coarse grater. Yolks grate on a fine grater.

6. Break the fish into small pieces. Remove bones!

7. Cut green onion.

8. Place mayonnaise in a pastry bag and make a small hole.

SALAD LAYERS:

1st layer: Potatoes, mayonnaise net.

2nd layer: Fish, mayonnaise net.

3rd layer: Cubed pickle.

4th layer: Yolks, mayonnaise net.

5th layer: Carrot, mayonnaise net.

6th layer: Whites, mayonnaise net.

7th layer: green onion.
