• pepper | 1 teaspoon |
• wings | 25 pieces |
• chili powder | 1 teaspoon |
• whiskey | 7 tablespoons |
• Sriracha sauce | 4 tablespoons |
• dried onion | 1/4 tablespoon |
1. Soak wood chips
2. Mixture
salt 1 teaspoon
pepper 1 teaspoon
garlic powder 2 teaspoons
chili powder 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
3. Cut off the ends of the wings.
4. Cut in half.
5.Put in a container.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
7. Pour the mixture.
8. Mix.
9. SAUCE
Melt butter (100g)
Sugar (3 tablespoons)
Flour (one tablespoon
Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
Dried onion (1/4 teaspoon)
Whiskey (7 tablespoons)
Sriracha sauce (4 tablespoons)
Worcestershire sauce (3 tablespoons)
pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Mix.
Cook 5 minutes.
10. Grill
3/4 starter
220-240 degrees Celsius

indirect heat
lay out the wings
put wood chips
fry 12 minutes
turn over and fry for another 12 minutes
